What will you learn

You will learn how to build trust and create a sense of ownership by listening to and acting on community feedback.

We’ll explore different engagement methods, from traditional meetings to digital tools like social media, and how to choose the right approach for diverse groups.

We will also explore ways to include underrepresented voices by overcoming barriers like digital exclusion and language differences.

Who will be delivering the webinar

Co-operatives UK and a community group (TBC) will deliver this webinar combining expert and peer advice and experience.

How will it be delivered

This webinar will take place online on Zoom. We'll send out the Zoom link with the joining instructions before the session.

The webinar will be approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.

The webinar will include:

  • A film screening (15-20 minutes)
  • A 25 minute presentation from Co-operatives UK
  • Q & A hosted by Co-operatives UK, Locality and a community group (TBC).
